Côté Gold (Ontario, Canada)

Côté Gold is a large-scale, long life open pit mine located in northern Ontario between Sudbury and Timmins, an established mining district. Côté Gold is a joint venture between IAMGOLD and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. Ltd. of Japan and Canada’s first mine that was designed and built to utilize automated haulage and drilling.

Over its 18-year life, it is expected to contribute $10 billion to Ontario’s GDP, $5 billion in wages, and provide nearly 600 full-time jobs. It will not only become one of Canada’s largest gold producers but also a model for modern and sustainable mining with considerable growth opportunities.

Westwood (Québec, Canada)

Westwood is an underground mine situated in the heart of Québec's Abitibi-Temiscamingue region, 630 km northwest of Montréal. The mine is 100% owned by IAMGOLD and entered production in 2013. With the potential to produce over 100,000 ounces per year, Westwood offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the latest skills and best practices in underground mining.

Essakane (Burkina Faso)

Essakane is an open pit mine located in north-eastern Burkina Faso, West Africa. It is approximately 330 km northeast of the capital, Ouagadougou. Essakane is West Africa's 6^th largest mine and has been in steady production since 2010 while being an integral partner to its local communities.
