RENAUD ADAMS , , , President and Chief Executive Officer

Renaud Adams has over 30 years of global mining experience in senior executive positions and operations. Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Gold Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where he led the strategic repositioning of the company. Prior to New Gold, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Inc. from 2014 until the company was sold to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams' time at Richmont Mines, production at the company's principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was General Manager of IAMGOLD's Rosebel mine in Suriname before being appointed Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada..

BRUNO LEMELIN , , , Chief Operating Officer

Bruno Lemelin was appointed COO in September 2023. Bruno was Senior Vice President – Operations and Projects since March 2020, with oversight of all operational and project development activities across the organization. He previously held the position of Regional Vice President – Americas in 2019 and was the General Manager at Essakane from 2016 to 2018. Before joining IAMGOLD in 2014, Bruno developed his mining expertise with different international mining companies. He worked 10 years for Xstrata (now Glencore) in Sudbury, Ontario, from 2001 to 2003 and at Raglan Mine, Nunavik, Quebec, from 2003 to 2011, as head of Mining Engineering and as Manager, Strategy, Risks and Communications. He then joined SNC-Lavalin as Vice-President, Sustainable Mining, from 2011 to 2014. Bruno studied at Université Laval and holds two Bachelor degrees: one in Mining Engineering and another in Business Administration, as well as a Master's and a Doctorate in Mineral Economics. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

MAARTEN THEUNISSEN , , , Chief Financial Officer

Maarten Theunissen has over 15 years of progressive experience in the mining industry, including serving as Vice President, Finance of IAMGOLD. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Theunissen was Chief Financial Officer for a Canadian junior gold producer and Senior Vice President Finance of one of the world's largest uranium producers. Mr. Theunissen is a Chartered Accountant (designated in both South Africa and Canada) and began his career with KPMG, where he was a manager in their mining group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, (Hons.) Accounting from the University of Johannesburg.

TIM BRADBURN , , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Tim Bradburn is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at IAMGOLD Corporation. Having originally joined the company in September of 2007, he has held progressively senior legal roles culminating in his current appointment. In over 20 years of legal practice, the majority spent at IAMGOLD, Tim has developed extensive expertise in corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions and mining law. He oversees global legal and regulatory compliance, including compliance with exchange requirements, and leads, with other executives, cross-border equity, debt and bank financings and corporate, asset and joint venture transactions. His expertise extends to corporate governance and ensuring that IAMGOLD’s board of directors effectively fulfill their commitments to the company and its world-wide stakeholders. He is a director of EURO Ressources S.A., a royalty company in France. Tim holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto as well as a variety of other certifications. He began his legal career at the Ontario Securities Commission.

DORENA QUINN , , , Senior Vice President, People

Dorena Quinn is Senior Vice President, People at IAMGOLD Corporation based out of the Toronto office. Dorena joined the company in 2018 and has held progressively senior HR roles.

Dorena oversees the architecture, implementation, and oversight of global employee programs, processes and leadership capabilities driving performance, engagement, inclusion & belonging, and setting a foundation for a truly differentiated workplace culture that has become a competitive advantage for the company. Dorena has 20+ years of experience leading organizational transformations, driving growth, cultivating successful leaders and teams, and constructing an employee-first culture. Prior to joining IAMGOLD, Dorena worked in the media research, technology and financial services industries with a focus on HR strategy and operations, talent development, and corporate culture and engagement.

Dorena has served on the Board of Directors of Mining Association of Canada, EURO Ressources S.A., IAMGOLD BOTO SA, and is Chair of the Mining Industry Human Resources Council - Safe Workplaces for All, a multi-organization committee focused on ensuring that equity, diversity and inclusion are prioritized in Canada’s mining sector.

A frequent speaker for a variety of Human Resources and Mining industry groups, Dorena holds a Master’s degree and various industry certifications. In addition, the HRPA/Canadian HR Awards recognized Dorena as an Excellence Awardee for the HRPA Woman of Distinction Award. She was also named by Women in Mining as one of the WIM100 - 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining.

STEPHEN EDDY , , , Senior Vice President, Business Development

With over 20 years of experience spanning several industries, Stephen brings solid executive management skills and an in-depth knowledge of IAMGOLD’s development, market and M&A activities. Stephen joined IAMGOLD in 2007 as Manager, Financial Planning, moving to the Corporate Development team in 2009, where he became a pivotal member of the team, taking on roles of increasing leadership and responsibilities over the years — a career path culminating with his nomination as VP, Business Development, in 2014.
