MARYSE BÉLANGER , , , Chair, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer

Maryse Bélanger brings over 35 years of experience with gold companies globally with proven strengths in operational excellence and efficiency, technical studies, and services. She has provided oversight and project management support through some of the mining industry’s key strategic acquisitions. From July 2016 to July 2019, Ms. Bélanger was President, COO and Director of Atlantic Gold Corporation, where she successfully guided the company in taking its Touquoy Mine in Nova Scotia from construction to commissioning, ramp up and full production, through its eventual acquisition by St. Barbara for C$722 million.

Ms. Bélanger is currently a director of Pure Gold Inc, as well as an active Board Member of Equinox Gold and Sherritt International. She was recognized twice by the Women in Mining UK “WIM (UK)” 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining Project as one the most inspirational Global Women in Mining. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, a graduate certificate in Geostatistics, ICD.D designation and she is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

DANIELLA DIMITROV , , , Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development

Daniella Dimitrov is Chief Financial Officer and EVP, Strategy & Corporate Development, of IAMGOLD bringing over 20 years of mining, capital markets and corporate governance experience to the position. Prior to IAMGOLD, Daniella was Partner, Investment Banking at Sprott Capital Partners. She has also served as President and CEO and as CFO of a multi-mine precious metals producer, as Executive Vice Chair of an iron ore developer, as COO of a national wealth management and capital markets firm and in various corporate development roles in mining and financial services. Ms. Dimitrov is a member of Ontario’s Mining Advisory Group and has served as a director of several companies in mining and oil and gas.

She holds a Global Executive M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business as well as a law degree from the University of Windsor. Ms. Dimitrov was chosen as one of the Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining for 2016 and speaks frequently on various topics including capital management, talent management and ESG.

CRAIG MACDOUGALL , , , Executive Vice President, Growth

Craig was appointed Executive Vice President, Growth in 2020, with oversight for both Business Development and Global Exploration. Craig joined IAMGOLD in 2012 as Vice President, Exploration and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President, Exploration. Throughout his career, Craig has demonstrated a focus on identifying and achieving strategic corporate growth initiatives to create shareholder value with a track record of deposit discovery, resource delineation and evaluation, project generation and acquisitions, along with a reputation for building and leading successful discovery oriented multidisciplinary teams. As an accomplished senior executive in both major and junior base and precious metals mining and exploration companies, Craig has over 30 years of experience in domestic and international exploration in Africa, Australia and South America. Prior to joining IAMGOLD, Craig worked for the Falconbridge/ Noranda Group in roles of increasing responsibility for nearly 20 years, before taking a position as President and CEO of a TSX-V junior listed exploration company. He holds a B.Sc. with Honours in Geology from Mount Allison University and a M. Sc. in Earth Sciences from Memorial University.

TIM BRADBURN , , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Tim Bradburn is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at IAMGOLD Corporation. Having originally joined the company in September of 2007, he has held progressively senior legal roles culminating in his current appointment. In over 20 years of legal practice, the majority spent at IAMGOLD, Tim has developed extensive expertise in corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions and mining law. He oversees global legal and regulatory compliance, including compliance with exchange requirements, and leads, with other executives, cross-border equity, debt and bank financings and corporate, asset and joint venture transactions. His expertise extends to corporate governance and ensuring that IAMGOLD’s board of directors effectively fulfill their commitments to the company and its world-wide stakeholders. He is a director of EURO Ressources S.A., a royalty company in France. Tim holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto as well as a variety of other certifications. He began his legal career at the Ontario Securities Commission.

BRUNO LEMELIN , , , Senior Vice President, Operations & Projects

Bruno Lemelin was appointed Senior Vice President – Operations and Projects in March 2020, with oversight of all operational and project development activities across the organization. He previously held the position of Regional Vice President – Americas in 2019 and was the General Manager at Essakane from 2016 to 2018. Before joining IAMGOLD in 2014, Bruno developed his mining expertise with different international mining companies. He worked 10 years for Xstrata (now Glencore) in Sudbury, Ontario, from 2001 to 2003 and at Raglan Mine, Nunavik, Quebec, from 2003 to 2011, as head of Mining Engineering and as Manager, Strategy, Risks and Communications. He then joined SNC-Lavalin as Vice-President, Sustainable Mining, from 2011 to 2014. Bruno studied at Université Laval and holds two Bachelor degrees: one in Mining Engineering and another in Business Administration, as well as a Master's and a Doctorate in Mineral Economics. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

OUMAR TOGUYENI , , , Senior Vice President, International Affairs & Sustainability

Oumar Toguyeni was appointed Senior Vice President, International Affairs & Sustainability in March 2020, and manages IAMGOLD’s relationships with our overseas host governments and other stakeholders in West Africa and South America. Oumar joined IAMGOLD in June 2012 as Vice-President, Commercial, West Africa, and was subsequently promoted in 2013 to Regional Vice-President West Africa, overseeing IAMGOLD’s interests in the region. Prior to joining IAMGOLD, Oumar had accumulated over 25 years of experience in exploration, project development and operations for various commodities, including gold, base metals and bauxite in Africa, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Oumar started his career in Burkina Faso before moving to international career holding key senior positions with major mining companies including Billiton International Metals, Billiton Plc, BHP Billiton and Alcoa. Oumar is a graduate from the University of Dakar (Senegal) in Geological Engineering and also holds a MBA from Webster University in the United States.

DORENA QUINN , , , Vice President and Head of Global Human Resources

Dorena Quinn is Vice President People at IAMGOLD Corporation based out of the Toronto office. Dorena joined the company in 2018 and has held progressively senior HR roles. She presently oversees the architecture, implementation, and oversight of global talent employee programs driving performance, engagement, inclusion & belonging, and setting a foundation for a truly differentiated workplace culture that has become a competitive advantage for the Company. Dorena works closely with the executive leadership team and HRCC, and has over 20 years of experience leading organizational transformations, driving growth, cultivating successful leaders and teams, and constructing an employee-first culture. Prior to joining IAMGOLD, Dorena worked in media measurement, technology and financial services industries with a focus on multi-disciplinary human capital initiatives to drive organizational performance.

Dorena currently serves as Director of EURO Ressources S.A., is Chair of the Mining Industry Human Resource Council (MiHR) anti-harassment committee Safe Workplaces for All and an avid member of various industry groups. Dorena is an advocate for a variety of causes close to her heart, particularly women’s leadership and mentorship. She holds a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from York University, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto, as well as numerous coaching, leadership and training accreditations.
