IAMGOLD's general policy is to not hedge gold production, thereby enabling investors to benefit from the upside potential.

2. Can I buy shares directly from the Company?

3. Is there a Dividend Reinvestment Plan?

Currently, there is no Dividend Reinvestment plan in place.

4. Can I buy gold directly from the Company?

No, we do not sell gold to the general public. Once the gold is mined, we sell our gold to the banks through facilitators. As well, we have contracts with refineries to which we sell our gold.

5. Does IAMGOLD own any asset-backed commercial paper?

No.

6. When was IAMGOLD incorporated and listed on the exchanges?

IAMGOLD was incorporated in 1990.
IMG was listed on TSX on March 19, 1996.
IAG was listed on NYSE on December 20, 2005.

7. Does IAMGOLD own any royalties?

IAMGOLD owns the following royalties:

-       a 1% gross proceeds royalty on certain claims in the Lac de Gras region of the Northwest Territories, including the Diavik lands controlled by Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and Diavik Diamond Mines Inc.

-       a number of small royalties on various early stage properties located in regions we're active in.
