During your placement you’ll have access to an informal mentor. Someone who will give you the help and support you need to get ahead and feel confident in your abilities.

We are currently building a graduate development program that will focus on graduates with mining, metallurgical engineering and geology degrees.

The 24-36 month program will give graduates the opportunity to experience two placements across our operations, as well as an orientation program in our Corporate Office.
